PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for largely reduce a length of time from obtaining a specimen till obtaining an analyzed result of the specimen when a patient whose skin is to be diagnozed is distant from an analyst. SOLUTION: A replica obtained from an examinee's skin and corneal cellular specimen are transmitted to a computer 80 through a portable computer 11 via Internet 70 in the form of image information incorporated in a camera unit 26. The computer 80 receives an image information of the replica and corneal cellular specimen whose image information is used for the judgment of skin quality. The judgment result thus obtained are transmitted to the portable computer 11 from the computer 80. The portable computer 11 receives the above judgment results and displays the judgment results on a liquid crystal display 14.
