PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material capable of manufacturing a fiber-reinforced plastic molding having excellent impact resistance, adhesive properties, surface smoothness, gloss, light weight properties, sound insulation properties, heat insulation, easy combustibility, recyclability and the like with good operability and productivity, and a method for manufacturing the fiber-reinforced plastic molding capable of manufacturing the fiber-reinforced plastic molding having excellent impact resistance, adhesive properties, surface smoothness, gloss, light weight properties, sound insulation properties, heat insulation, easy combustibility, recyclability and the like with good operability and productivity. SOLUTION: The molding material is obtained by impregnating at least one side surface of the reinforcing material obtained by laminating a fiber and the like sheet and a foamable resin sheet material with a composition containing an unsaturated polyester resin, a polymerizable monomer and a curing agent. The method for manufacturing the fiber-reinforced plastic molding comprises the steps of starting foaming of the foamable resin sheet material in the molding material by heating, curing the composition by heating compression molding, and further advancing foaming of the foamable resin sheet material. |
