PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partially normal and reverse rotating rotary tiller having wide adaptability to various field conditions such as the soil hardness and work modes such as the presence of a joint implement. SOLUTION: A transmission path switching means is built in a transmission mechanism to drive the 1st claw shaft cylinder and a 2nd claw shaft cylinder in a rotary claw shaft cylinder in opposite directions. The 1st and the 2nd clay shaft cylinders can be rotated in the same directions by switching the transmission path switching means to improve the adaptability to various field conditions and work modes.
