SOLUTION: The length of a large intestine insertion part 25 insertable in the large intestine H, in an insertion cylinder body 2 for loosely inserting an insertion part 23a of a large intestine endoscope 23 inserted in the large intestine H, is set to a length reaching the inside of the rectum H1 but not reaching the S-shaped colon H2, and a fluid passage 26 is provided between the insertion cylinder body 2 and the insertion part 23a of the large intestine endoscope 23.
