PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which does not generate toxic gas when firing and burning occurs and exhibits volumic touch and good hand and has a foamed resin layer with less fluctuated and approximately homogeneous foam cell shape and has excellent surface scratch resistance, wear resistance, etc. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet in which a foamed resin layer, a non- foamed resin layer and a decorative layer are successively provided on a base material layer, the decorative sheet is characterized by a resin forming the above described foamed resin layer and non-foamed resin layer consisting of an olefinic thermoplastic resin with a melt flow rate of 10-70 g/10 min and incorporating 10-30 pts.wt. mica per 100 pts.wt. olefinic thermoplastic resin to the above described non-foamed resin layer.
