METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DECORATED MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated molded article made of polyolefin which is excellent in recycling properties and transparency in addition to resistances to impact and impairment. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the decorated molded article comprises a process wherein a decorating film containing a propylene resin and a nucleating agent is fixed between female and male molds of which the surface roughness Ra of the cavity wall surfaces is 3.0μm or less (1), a process wherein the female and male molds are clamped after the decorating film is heated to a temperature of a melting point or below, and the decorating film is formed in a prescribed shape (2), and a process wherein an olefin resin is injected from an injection port provided in the male mold, so as to bring the decorating film into close contact with the cavity wall surfaces and to stick the decorating film and the olefin resin together.
