PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler device capable of being simply and easily fitted to a cartridge, and reliably energizing, holding and setting the cartridge to a driving unit. SOLUTION: This stapler device which supports the cartridge 10 storing staples 200 in an attachable/detachable manner and has a staple driving unit 103 forward in the cartridge fitting direction comprises an energizing means 205 for energizing the cartridge 10 to the staple driving unit side, and an interlocking means 96 for actuating the energizing means 205 to the cartridge 10 in an interlocking manner with the fitting of the cartridge 10 to the staple driving unit 103.
