摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for squeezing a confectionary dough, capable of squeezing the dough in a desired shape on a baking plate traveling continuously or intermittently. SOLUTION: This method for squeezing the confectionary dough comprises sending the confectionary dough from a discharging port of an upper hopper 20 by a prescribed amount in at least 2 hoppers arranged as overlapped as upper and lower hoppers over a baking plate 41 of a baking machine, to a lower hopper 30, while transferring the lower hopper relatively against the upper hopper, also opening the discharging port of the lower hopper as matching with the above transfer, and squeezing the confectionary dough in a desired shape on the baking plate 41.
