PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a releasant excellent in stability, free from the necessity of using a synthetic resin film having been conventionally used for releasing a sheet margarine. SOLUTION: This releasant for sheet margarine is an emulsion and characterized by comprising a vegetable hardened oil and fat, natural wax, a sugar alcohol, glycerol, ethanol and an emulsifier. |
