PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment for washing and disinfecting medical care instruments being capable of washing out the dirts adhered to an endoscope, or the like, thereby thoroughly preventing nosocomial infections. SOLUTION: An oxidation active solution prepared by fractionizing a cluster containing active oxygen having strong oxidizing and sterilizing actions when washing and sterilization that becomes harmless over the passage of time is used and an endoscope O and to be washed and sterilized is washed and disinfected by the oxidation active solution and ultrasonic waves emitter from an ultrasonic wave generating device F and also both are used for washing and disinfecting working instruments used for examinations in a washing tank I for the working instruments. Rapid drying with aseptic warm air makes it possible to reduce washing and sterilizing intervals between the examinations and enables repeated use of the endoscope following washing and sterilization. The interior of a suction forceps channel of an endoscope is preliminarily washed by an apparatus K for preliminary washing of the endoscope and the surface of an insertion portion of the endoscope is washed by a rotary type washing apparatus N for improving the washing and sterilizing effects with the oxidation active solution and ultrasonic waves, thereby making it easier to wash out a mucilage on a mucous membrane, or the like, using a washing water sprayer L and observe the surface of the mucous membrane. |
