PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture of a tooth or bone using a nickel-titanium-base shape memory alloy molding of which the surface is stably covered with a coating layer formed from a material having low stimulatability to an organism stably for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The nickel-titanium-base shape memory alloy molding of the fixture of the tooth or the bone of which at least the segment in contact with the tooth or the bone consists of the nickel-titanium-base shape memory alloy is covered with a titanium metal coating layer and the coating layer having the low stimulatability to the organism successively from the inner side.
