PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the bonding strength by making more laser beam reach the contact surface of a non-permeable resin material and be absorbed by devising the shape at the contact end sections of a permeable resin material and the non-permeable resin material. SOLUTION: A resin molded article is formed of a first molding member 11 comprising the permeable resin material having permeability to the laser beam as a heating source, and a second molding member 12 comprising the non-permeable resin material having no permeability to the laser beams. Then, contact end sections 11a and 12a of both members 11 and 12 are welded and bonded to each other by the irradiation of the laser beam from the permeable resin material side. A recess 11c is provided on the entrance plane for the laser beam on the contact end section 11a of the first molding member 11 comprising the permeable resin material. Thus, the permeating distance of the laser beam which permeates the permeable resin material is made shorter. |
