PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actometer capable of indicating an achievement state of a movement target value and reliably measuring movement values of walking and general living activities. SOLUTION: A one-day target setting means 13 selects a course, sets a target value of daily consumption calories for each course and converts the target value into the movement and distance values. A whole target managing means 14 calculates all residual consumption calories based on the difference between the target value of all consumption calories and the movement value converted to calories, and then determines an achievement rate to the whole target value and converts the residual consumption calories to the movement and distance values. A one-day target managing means 15 calculates the daily residual consumption calories based on the difference between the daily target value of the consumption calories and the movement value converted to calories, and then determines the achievement rate to the daily target value and converts the residual consumption calories into the movement and distance values. |
