PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-quality beverage of such a type as to be obtained by roasting a raw material followed by subjecting thus roasted material to extraction. SOLUTION: This method for producing a black coffee beverage, or the like, comprises the following steps: roasting a raw material such as coffee beans, grinding the thus roasted raw material, as necessary, under an aseptic atmosphere, followed by subjecting the ground material to extraction with aseptic water, packing the extract liquid in a container under an aseptic atmosphere, and thereafter, sealing up the container. |
