PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining center capable of positioning the machining liquid nozzle of a machining liquid supply device throughout the periphery of a main spindle, relative to the area of engagement between a tool and a workpiece. SOLUTION: The machining center MC machines the workpiece W mounted on a table 94, by causing a grinding wheel T attached to the main spindle 12 and the workpiece W to move relative to each other in the directions of X-, Y- and Z-axes, with the main spindle 12 rotatably supported against a spindle head 10. The machining center includes a tool correcting means D with a dresser main spindle 152 which has removably mounted thereon a dresser tool DT provided in such a manner as to be vertically movable over the top of the spindle head 10, relative to the grinding wheel T attached to the main spindle 12, for truing or dressing the outer peripheral surface of the grinding wheel T.
