PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic conductor for low-frequency therapeutic instrument capable of carrying a large current to a lesion without giving the pain and the uncomfortableness such as a skin burn even if the contact with the lesion is uneven. SOLUTION: This conductor for low-frequency therapeutic instrument to be brought in contact with the lesion and for applying the low-frequency current to the lesion is composed of the conductive ceramic including 50% or more of alumina silicate and 25-40% of Si as the conductive material. Specific resistance of the conductive ceramic is desirably set at 1-40Ωcm.
