PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture piece with excellent puncture operability, capable of accommodating a needle tip of a used needle body by a simple operation, with high safety in disposal. SOLUTION: This puncture piece 1 comprises a puncture piece body 2 and a protector 4. The puncture piece body 2 comprises a needle tube 20 and a hub 22 fixed to a base end of the needle tube 20. The protector 4 has a protector body 40 for covering at least a needle tip 21 of the needle tube 20, and a fixed part 5 for fixing the protector 4 to a fitting part 3. The fitting part 3 comprising a cylindrical body is provided on the hub 22, and three holes 31a-31c are formed in the outer circumference thereof. The fixing part 5 comprises a columnar part 51 and a claw 52 formed on an end thereof, and the fitting position of the protector 4 with respect to the hub 22 is set by selecting one of the holes 31a-31c, and inserting and engaging the claw 52 in the selected hole. |
