PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out exchanging work for an immersed nozzle safely, easily and rapidly by hand. SOLUTION: The handling device is provided with a swivelling arm 22 whose base portion is supported on a travelling rail 21 movably and rotatably and made fixable at an arbitrary position, a support frame 23 connected to the tip of the swivelling arm rotatably and ascendably/descendably in the horizontal face, a frame 24 for moving forward/backward supported by the support frame so as to be movable forward and backward and provided with a control lever 61 at the base portion, and a clamp portion 25 supported by the frame for moving forward/backward in a state capable of conducting rotational control, and the clamp portion is characterized by being provided with a pair of clamp hands 26, 27 capable of grasping the immersed nozzle 9, and capable of opening/ closing the clamp hands by a cylinder 28.
