PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and maintenance-free ceramic-activated water device configured simply and suitable for treating a large amount of water in a short time, and to provide an activated water feed system and a method for producing activated water using the above device and system. SOLUTION: The activated water device is provided with a cylindrical body container 11, a feed water inlet 12 formed by boring the lower part of the body container from which feed water spouts toward the upper part of the body container, an activated water outlet 13 formed by boring the upper part of the body container, ceramic particles 21 charged in the body container while leaving a flow area, and a net-shaped body 17 fixed near the feed water inlet and the activated water outlet. Feed water is spouted in the body container under a pressure of 2 to 5 kg/cm2 to the ceramic activated water device, and the water is activated by fluidizing the ceramic particles by a water flow. The device is used as the activated water feed system for feeding activated water into a reservoir.
