SOLUTION: The groove surfaces 11a, 11b and 12a, 12b, which form first and second slots 11 and 12, and pockets 20 and 21 are subjected to grinding processing so as to have desired surface roughness suitable for reducing the coefficient of friction against the coating solution. At this time, the grove surfaces 11a, 11b and 12a, 12b are subjected to grinding processing along the outflow direction of the coating solution.
