PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable oil and fat composition for roll-in, wide in plasticity range, excellent in spreadability at low temperatures, and also causing no change with time in its hardness. SOLUTION: This oil and fat composition is characterized by containing an oil and fat comprising a direct β-type crystal, wherein the SFT(solid fat content) of the formulation oil is 20-60 wt.% at 10 deg.C, and 10-40 wt.% at 20 deg.C. |
