PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable collating device for a treatment confirming system capable of presenting a collating result to a user in an easily and surely understandable manner and preventing a critical mistake caused by erroneous reading of the collating result in a processing confirming system. SOLUTION: The portable collating device for the treatment confirming system is provided with a bar code reader, which reads patient specifying information (a patient ID number) from a wrist band mounted to the body of the patient and printed with the patient specifying information, by which the patient can be specified, in the form of a barcode and reads the collating information from an article or a document printed in the form of the barcode with collation information which can be collated with the patient specifying information (the patient ID number) and required for treatment of the patient, a collation means for collating the read patient specifying information and the collated information read by the barcode reader and a display means for displaying the collating result to the user. The display means is constituted so as to display the collating result obtained by the collating means by the user with characters or codes, etc., and so as to change the back ground color of a screen in accordance with the collating result. |
