PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of accounting raw tea leaves simply, easily understandably and surely without assessing their prospective yield. SOLUTION: This method for accounting the raw tea leaves comprises weighing the weight of a received individual batch of raw tea leaves, and calculating the price of the individual batch of the raw tea leaves by multiplying a ratio of an individual assessed point occupying in the total assessed points obtained by totaling the plural individual batches of the raw tea leaves with the total price of the raw tea leaves of the plural individual batches of the raw tea leaves by setting the each assessing point by multiplying the weight of each individual batch with a crude tea price of the processed each batch of the tea leaves.
