PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity in the production process of an automatic baking machine. SOLUTION: A dough making pan 54 is composed of a side-wall 55 having nearly a quadrilateral transverse-section, a flat base 56 and the part 57 connecting the two parts. The connecting part 57 is composed of a smooth closed-curved 58 made to have the lowest position at the points, b and f, in the center of the long side of the that base along the side-wall 55 and to have the highest position at the points, a, c, e, and g, in the center of the corner section, and an almost ellipiticall closed-curve or the that base by connecting both ends of the side-wall 55 and a conic section 60 contacting to the flat base 56. The configuration enables a lump of knead dough to easily move along the connected part 57, and this automatic baking machine to collect the powder left behind at the corner section.
