PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic hair washer designed to supply the warm water suitable for the automatic hair washing to the water storage tank, regardless of operational conditions in a beauty salon, season, or time. SOLUTION: When a lower level L water sensor detects that a hot-water storage tank 45 has become empty of water, hot water begins to be supplied to the hot-water storage tank 45 after a hot-water supply valve 43 is opened. When a medium level M water sensor 48 detects that water has reached the water level M, the water temperature is measured by a thermistor 52. If the temperature is too low for the hair washing, a pump 59 is activated to drain some of the warm water already stored in the tank, while hot water keeps being supplied, for example, for two minutes or so. As a result, the water temperature becomes high enough to provide the comfortable hair washing by the time when the hot-water storage tank 45 is filled up.
