UNDERWATER SINKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability, namely, to increase a product life cycle by preventing reduction in adhesion between a sinker base material and a rust prevention/antiseptic layer and decrease in rust prevention/antiseptic function. SOLUTION: A sinker base material 2 of arbitrary shape is provided with one or plural through holes or recessed parts and the whole surface of the sinker base material 2 is furnished with a rust prevention/antiseptic layer 5 composed of an elastic body such as a rubber molding.
