PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridger having an apparatus for the pretreatment of weeds, etc., on the upper surface of a levee. SOLUTION: The ridger attached to a traveling vehicle to successively form a levee in the moving direction is provided with a soil heaping equipment to heap soil on a levee-forming part of the field and a levee-forming equipment to form a levee by tamping the heaped soil. An equipment for scraping the upper surface of the levee is provided immediately after the soil-heaping equipment and immediately before the levee-forming equipment.
