PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large descending distance of a vehicle seat without interfering a descending device, seat track, etc., when the seat is pressed into a sunk condition. SOLUTION: A seat cushion frame 11 is formed into a cap shape frame by main cushion frame 14, a periphery frame 15 extended downward from the main cushion frame 14 to determine the frame thickness, and plural seat springs 16 stretched to the main cushion frame 14, etc. A seat cushion pad 12 is formed into a cap shape and covers the seat cushion frame 11 and is supported. The surface leather 13 is covered over the seat cushion pad 12 and the end 25 of the surface leather is fixed to the periphery frame 15 of the seat cushion frame 11.
