PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that collects embolus flowing in a lumen. SOLUTION: A motor 1 having a longitudinal direction hole, a friction area in the longitudinal direction hole, and a guide wire 2 arranged in the longitudinal direction hole are provided. The guide wire 2 is so sized and applied to contact each other, to give friction between the friction area and the guide wire 2, and for the motor 1 to rotate around the guide wire 2. A thrombus collecting ditch is formed to the motor 1. A paddle 8 is also installed to the motor 1 and applied for spiral blood flow to start when the motor 1 is rotating. Spiral blood flow shifts the thrombus in the blood in the direction of inner wall of the lumen to capture the thrombus at the thrombus collecting ditch positioned at the motor 1 downstream of the paddle 8.
