PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel structure for a slot machine wherein a reference location on a reel tape, and a location which becomes a reference for driving or detecting the reel can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: This reel structure for the slot machine is constituted by arranging the annular reel 52 and the reel tape 53 which is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the reel 52. In such a reel structure, a location 52d, which becomes the starting point when a reel seal 53 is pasted, is determined by relating to the reference location when the reel 52 stops, and the reference location for the reel seal 53. Then, the starting location 52d which has been determined by the relationship is provided on the outer peripheral surface 52a of the reel 52.
