PURPOSE: An automatic response system and a method for an additional successful candidate are provided to make the personal management of additional successful candidate registration correct and easy by recognizing the existence of additional successful candidates and the registration will of the corresponding candidate in real time. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a client(110) as an administration computer storing information of the additional successful candidates of a school, a server(120) receiving, databasing and storing the information of the additional successful candidates from the client through an Internet network(160), a protocol(130) automatically and repeatedly exchanging the information of the additional successful candidates in a regular rule between the client and the server until not occurring no more additional successful candidate, and a PSTN(public switched telephone network,140) noticing an additional success to the additional successful candidates(150) and accepting the registration will response through a telephone response by sharing the database of the additional successful candidates information and a response information. |
