DISK SUBSTRATE FOR HARD DISK DRIVE USING CRYSTALLINE POLYMER

PURPOSE: A disk substrate for a hard disk drive using crystalline polymer is provided to enable mass production of disk substrates, to improve natural frequency and critical speed, and to prevent corrosion of the disk substrate. CONSTITUTION: A molten resin material is injected into a mold of a stamper to injection-mold and compression-mold a disk substrate(100) for a hard disk drive using the stamper. The disk substrate is formed of crystalline polymer(200) having a regular chain arrangement structure. The chain arrangement structure of the crystalline polymer is constructed in such a manner that chains having specific intervals and lengths are arranged intermittently and curved chains are arranged around the chains.
