PURPOSE: A drain for a veranda is provided to remove a water staying chamber for preventing the counterflow of odor from a drain body by cutting a path with the weight of a shutoff panel. CONSTITUTION: An open portion(6) communicated with an outlet port(6') is formed in one side of a drain body(1). A placing unit(2) having a fitting recess(2'), a placing ledge(2"), a control screw(2"') and a base(2"") is formed in the upper portion of the drain body. A support frame(5) of an upper connector(4) is fitted to the fitting recess. A funnel support frame(5') is fitted to the base. A ledge portion of the upper connector is placed on the placing ledge. A shutoff panel(7') attached with a weight(7"') is rotatably installed in a hinge portion(7"). A lower connector(4') having an outlet part(11) for discharging the filthy water and a cleaning part is connected to the lower end portion of a body(1).
