PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating waste oil in a conductive solution using electro-coagulation is provided to separate treated water from a pollutant by instantaneously vibrating a repulsive potential of the surface of the dispersed waste oil. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for separating waste oil which separates waste oil particles from a conductive solution(1) containing oil particles, the apparatus for separating waste oil(5) comprises a body(10) into the front upper part of which the solution is flown, into the rear lower part of which the solution is discharged after a flow direction of the solution is changed a plurality of times inside the body, and into the rear upper part of which waste oil(5) separated from the solution is floated and discharged; a plurality of electrode plates(25) which are positioned at a region where the solution is ascended from the lower part to the upper part inside the body; and a power supply unit(21,23) supplying power source to the electrode plates, wherein the waste oil particles are oscillated as the solution containing the waste oil particles is passing through the electrode plates, the waste oil particles are united and floated as an attractive force is being generated between the waste oil particles, thereby discharged into the rear upper part of the body.
