摘要 PURPOSE: A laser trigonometry sensor having a number of position determination references is provided, which determines the most adjacent position to an ideal line by selecting the most appropriate one to an object of the position determination methods. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier(12) amplifies an output of an individual CCD(Charged Coupled Device) device according to an imaging position of the CCD device of a detector of a sensor head(11). And a selection unit(13) selects one of the position determination methods according to an amount of received light, a peak point and a bisection method. And an arithmetic operation unit(14) determines the position of the output of the amplified individual CCD device transmitted from the amplifier with the position determination method selected in the selection unit. A position display part(15) displays the calculated value, and an EEPROM(Erasable and Programmable ROM)(16) stores the selected position determination method to be reused when a power supply is shut off.
