PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling the electronic commerce on the Internet are provided to collectively introduce articles to buyers on the wire/wireless Internet and to promptly deliver the articles or foods to consumers. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises user terminals(10a-10n) for users connecting to a specific web site through the wire/wireless Internet(12b,12a), a member purchase information database(14) storing such purchase information as names of articles and purchase date and time, a member personal information database(16) storing such personal information as names, addresses, birthdays, mobile terminal numbers, and e-mail addresses, an affiliated companies database(18) storing such information as company names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses, a member purchase disposition database(20), a map information database(22) storing general and detailed map information of respective regions, affiliated companies servers(24), a GPS(Global Positioning System)(26) tracking the present location of a user, and a web server(28) promptly providing purchase information to the users and delivering the articles purchased by the day appointed.
