PURPOSE: A non-contact rpm pickup sensor is provided to offer convenience in measurement of engine rpm to a user and to easily repair a vehicle engine by wirelessly measuring the rpm of the vehicle engine at any position of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact rpm pickup sensor comprises an antenna(1) to which the electromagnetic waves generated by the explosion stroke of an engine are induced, an impedance matching circuit(2) to amplify a current by receiving the electromagnetic waves induced to the antenna, a signal amplifying circuit(3) to amplify an impedance-matched signal by a specific level, a filter circuit(4) to extract a necessary waveform by passing only the signal of a necessary band, a waveform modulating circuit(5) to square an irregular waveform passing through the filter circuit, and a waveform output driving circuit(6) to amplify a signal by receiving the square wave signal and output the amplified current. The real rpm is indicated on a display.
