PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating sound information of a commodity having a clock function is provided, which improves a convenience and a reliability of usage by making an alarm and information transfer be more vivid by recording a sound of a user in the commodity and replaying the stored sound after a fixed time. CONSTITUTION: A table clock(1) is accommodated in a case(2), and driving switches(3,3a,3b) are installed on an upper part of the case, and a speaker(4a) is comprised on a lower part of the case. A sound chip connected to a clock movement is connected in the inside of the table clock, and the driving switches are connected to the sound chip. The driving switches are installed to be operated by a push button switch revealed to the external of the table clock. And the driving switches are constituted so that the recorded information are uttered with the speaker when a set time has elapsed by a relay circuit.
