PURPOSE: A timing device using tone sequence is provided to constitute a precise timing circuit by corresponding to an on/off timing required by a user. CONSTITUTION: A first zener diode(IC1) is connected to a cathode on one side of a power voltage terminal. A thermistor(TH3) is connected on one side to a joint point between the power voltage terminal and the zener diode. A second zener(IC2) diode is connected to the other side of the thermistor. A second transistor has an emitter connected to an emitter of a first transistor, a base connected to a first resistor between the base and the emitter, and a collector connected to a base of a third transistor via a second resistor. A third resistor(R3) is connected to the base of the second transistor on one side thereof, and to a cathode of a third zener diode on the other side thereof. An output voltage verification terminal of a power factor correction terminal is connected to one side of the third zener diode. A fourth transistor has a collector connected to the power voltage terminal and to a cathode of the second diode, and a base connected to a joint point of the third transistor. A first light receiving transistor(PC2-2) receives lights discharged from the fourth transistor.
