PURPOSE: A transmission of a bicycle is provided to prevent a separation of a chain, make a speed change easy, and to make a multiple-stage speed change possible by providing a transmission of a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A transmission of the bicycle includes a plurality of guide shafts(21) extending radially from a rotation center, a guide pin(45) selectively located along the guide shafts, and a control bar for moving the guide pin toward the center or the contour along the guide shaft. The guide pin has an inclined surface having a protrusion at a front, supporting walls formed at both sides to cover a side surface of the guide shaft, a fixed saw-tooth formed inside, and a guide jaw formed outside to engage a chain(40). The control bar has an inner control bar(31) for moving the guide pin toward the contour, an outer control bar(32) for moving the guide pin toward the center of the guide shaft, and a connection shaft for connecting the inner control bar and the outer control bar.
