PURPOSE: A remote monitoring system of an electrical facilities is provided to reduce communication cost and increase computer usage by storing collected data in real time and transferring the stored data at once. CONSTITUTION: A remote monitoring system of an electrical facilities comprises an input part(1), an amplifier(2), an A/D converter(3), and a CPU(4). The input part(1) includes many inputs for monitoring events for an electrical facilities. The CPU(4) detects that the abnormality of operation by comparing the signal inputted from the input part(1) through the amplifier(2) and the A/D converter(3) with a set data. The CPU(4) includes a RAM(5) for storing comparison result, a ROM(6) for storing a calculating program, a display(7) for displaying the comparison result, and a modem(8) for communicating with a controlling part(9). The controlling part(9) includes a modem(11) for communicating with the CPU(4), a monitor(12) for notifying received information, an automatic phone connecting device(13), and a remote controlling device(14) for adding/subtracting data stored at the CPU(4) to control a voltage or a temperature of the electrical facilities.
