PURPOSE: Fog lamp installation structure of a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency and reduce parts and expenses by injection-molding a holder, a reflector and a dust cover integrally. CONSTITUTION: A lens(22) is inserted in the front of a holder for supporting a lamp, and a bulb(20) is installed in the middle of a reflector to reflect light from the lamp. A dust cover is installed in the rear part of the reflector for preventing inflow of foreign matters. The holder, the reflector and the dust cover are integrally injection-molded, and installed in a fog lamp installing bracket(24). The lens is installed in the front of the injection-molded product, and the bulb is inserted to the rear part. The lower part of the product is fixed in the fog lamp installing bracket with a screw. Assembling efficiency is improved with integrally forming parts of the fog lamp. |
