<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a plant for making oil by pyrolysis of waste oil, waste plastic, waste rubber which allows environmental-friendly recyclization of waste material and an increase of productivity of by-products. CONSTITUTION: The plant for making oil from waste oil, waste plastic, waste rubber includes a pyrolysis reactor, an apparatus for melting waste plastic and waste rubber using induction heating and injecting the melted material, a heating furnace for recycling catalyst and heating medium, a rare-earth catalyst cracking apparatus, a far infrared cracking apparatus, a condensing apparatus for making oil from gas, an apparatus for preventing pollutions. By using the plant, waste plastic and waste rubber are melted by induction heating and supplied to reactor. Simultaneously, a catalyst or a bearing of a catalyst and iron or non-iron metal and a heating medium is supplied to the reactor. In the reactor, the melted waste material contacts with catalyst in the heating medium and cracked through the first gasification, the secondary rare-earth catalyst reaction, the tertiary far infrared rays treatment to produce oil.</p> |
