PURPOSE: A multi-division trading method of the intellectual work is provided for all of the people in the world to purchase and use the intellectual work not registered in IP(Intellectual Property) right at the reasonable cost through the reasonable method. CONSTITUTION: The method includes one and more client PCs, servers, and an open network. The server includes a member DB having one and more of a member name, an ID card number, an ID and a password, an intellectual work DB having one and more of titles, contents and price of an intellectual work, a screen for mounting the intellectual work of a member by accessing the Internet site through the Internet, an input module analyzing and saving the data on the intellectual work DB, a screen for searching the title of an intellectual work by accessing the Internet site through the Internet and for requesting to user the DB of a specific intellectual work related with the title of the intellectual work, and a screen for requesting to buy the intellectual work.
