PURPOSE: A heat protector assembling member is provided to improve the durability of a vehicle by absorbing the thermal expansion and contraction of a heat protector via a suspension mesh. CONSTITUTION: A heat protector(12) is combined to an exhaust manifold(10) via a bolt(14). A bolt hole is formed in the center of an upper plate of an upper bush(20), and a combining protrusion is formed on the lower portion of the upper plate. A through hole is formed in the center of a lower plate of a lower bush(30). A cylindrical portion to receive the combining protrusion is formed on the lower plate. A suspension mesh(40) is formed in the cylindrical shape. An insertion hole for the axial insertion of the cylindrical portion of the lower bush and an annular combining recess for receiving a mounting hole(13) of the heat protector are formed on the suspension mesh. The suspension mesh has flexibility against the contraction and expansion of the heat protector and resistance against the heat of exhaust gas. By absorbing the contraction and expansion of the suspension mesh, the heat protector is prevented from cracking.
