A thermosetting resinous composition which comprises a pulverulent mixture of (A) a synthetic resin component containing free hydroxyl groups and (B) a synthetic resin component containing free carboxyl groups, both of said components having a melting point of at least 50 DEG C, a process for powder coating and for forming a moulded article by using said composition.
