FREEZER USING EXPANDER WITH CONDENSING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A freezer using expander with condensing function is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of installation of a condenser in the freezer by minimizing the size of the condenser or removing the condenser. CONSTITUTION: A compressor(1) is connected with a combined motor and generator(5) and an expander(2). A first connecting pipe(11) is formed between an outlet of the compressor and an inlet of a humidity controller(10). A second connecting pipe(12) is formed between an outlet of the humidity controller and an inlet of the expander for wet vapor refrigerant whose humidity is controlled in the humidity controller to flow into the expander. A third connecting pipe(13) is formed between an outlet of the expander and an inlet of a condenser(3). A fourth connecting pipe(14) is formed between an outlet of the condenser and a circulating pump(20) to deliver liquefied refrigerant to the circulating pump. A fifth connecting pipe(15) is formed between an outlet of the circulating pump and a refrigerant flow controller(30). A sixth connecting pipe(16) is formed between an outlet of the refrigerant flow controller and an inlet of the humidity controller to deliver a part of the liquefied refrigerant to the inlet of the humidity controller. The other outlet of the refrigerant flow controller is connected with an inlet of a vaporizer(4) and a seventh connecting pipe(17). An eighth connecting pipe(18) is formed between an outlet of a vaporizer and an inlet of the compressor to deliver gaseous refrigerant vaporized in the vaporizer.
