PURPOSE: A contract method and sever using a computer network are provided to make a seller and a buyer voluntarily participate in a price decision and to enhance the dealing efficiency agreeing with the understanding of the seller and the buyer by transmitting the participating information to each other in real time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a seller creating a deal by connecting to a selling contract making server(100) via a seller interface(190), the seller searching the created selling and editing a selling condition by using a searching module and dealing request module(120), and a buyer searching the created selling and making a buying request by using the searching module and dealing request module. A contract making module(130) in a dealing contract making server compares the selling condition created by the seller with the buying condition requested by the buyer, and judges the selling contract contracted and updates a selling contract database(155) in case that both condition of seller and buyer is agreed with each other.
