PURPOSE: To provide a body fluid absorptive panel which is hardly crushable in spite of the exertion of pressure from a thickness direction and is restorable to required thickness dimensions even if the panel is crushed. CONSTITUTION: Barriers 3 of body fluid absorptive panel 1 having perforations 2 and the barriers 3 have form holding layers consisting of many thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers and body fluid holding layers formed by incorporating absorptive materials into the many thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers. The synthetic resin fibers are thermally fused to each other at the contacts of these fibers in the form holding layers. The synthetic resin fibers are thermally fused to each other at the contacts of these fibers in the body fluid folding layers. The synthetic resin fibers of the form holding layers and the body fluid holding layers are thermally fused to each other at the contacts of these fibers on the contact surfaces of these layers.
