CONTACT FREEZER USING INJECTOR

PURPOSE: A contact freezer using injector is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant supplier comprises a condenser(2); an injector(3); and a liquid receiver(11). The condenser is connected with a compressor(1). The injector with a nozzle is installed between the condenser and a contact freezing device(10) to connect. The liquid receiver is installed between the contact freezing device and the injector and is connected with the compressor as well. Low temperature and low pressure refrigerant liquid of the liquid receiver is taken into the injector by pressure difference generated by spraying of the nozzle of the injector. Injection method does not need power to drive and accessory devices such as a refrigerant liquid circulating pump, an expanding valve, etc.
